Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than a clear error on our part or our print provider’s part. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Our Policy on Returns & Exchanges
Since each item is printed especially for you after you place your order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for the following:
Buyer’s Remorse: If you simply change your mind or decide you no longer want the item.
Incorrect Size Ordered: Please refer to the size chart provided on each product page. We highly recommend measuring a favorite garment you already own and comparing it to our size chart to ensure a perfect fit.
Wrong Color Ordered: We do our best to display product colors as accurately as possible, but colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings. We are not responsible for color discrepancies.
2. Eligible for a Return or Exchange
We will gladly replace or refund your order if it falls into one of the following categories:
Damaged Product: The item arrived broken, torn, or otherwise damaged.
Manufacturing Error: The product has a noticeable defect, such as a missing print, a misaligned design, or a hole in the fabric.
Incorrect Item Received: You received the wrong size, color, or a completely different product than what you ordered.
3. How to Request a Replacement or Refund
If your order meets the criteria for an eligible return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Provide Details: In your email, please include:
Your order number.
A brief description of the issue.
Clear, well-lit photos of the item and the problem (e.g., a photo of the damage, a misprint, or the wrong item).
Review Process: Our team will review your request and the provided photos. We may consult with our print provider to verify the issue.
Resolution: If your claim is approved, we will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you at no additional cost or issue a refund to your original payment method. You do not need to send the damaged or incorrect item back to us.
4. Shipping Issues
Lost in Transit: If your package is lost in transit, we will work with our print provider and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. If it cannot be located, a replacement will be sent.
Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping information before finalizing your purchase. If a package is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address, we may require an additional shipping fee to reship the item.
