Thank you for shopping with Humor & Cotton! Since all of our products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner, Printify, please be aware of the following shipping details.

1. Order Processing & Production Time

  • All orders are custom-printed after they are placed.

  • The average production time is 2-7 business days before an order is shipped. This can be longer during peak holiday seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Please note that “business days” do not include weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. We offer several shipping options to meet your needs.

  • Economy: The most cost-effective option, with a longer delivery time.

  • Standard: A balance of cost and speed, typically the best option for most orders.

  • Express: A faster shipping option for an additional fee.

Please note that these are estimates. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package’s status and estimated delivery date.

4. International Shipping

We are happy to ship to a number of international locations. Please be aware of the following for international orders:

  • Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs and import duties, taxes, or other fees that may be incurred. These are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

  • Delivery Times: International shipping can take significantly longer than domestic shipping due to customs and distance.

5. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please take the following steps:

  1. Check with your neighbors or your local post office.

  2. File a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

7. Shipping Partners

We utilize Printify’s network of print providers who work with various shipping carriers (e.g., USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) to get your order to you as efficiently as possible.
